Franck Lihour’s family farm has the classic Jurançon profile: 55 hectares of meadows, woods and cereals including 12 hectare of vineyard. In the interval between a BTS viti-œno and his takeover of the domain, Franck Lihour used to winemake in Corsica, Burgundy, Champagne, Napa Valley and South Africa.
