Nothing added and nothing taken away is what is a good natural wine.
Organic and Biodynamic wine represent less than 20% of French wineyards but are essential to insure soil preservation and protect the future of our planet. Because today in France, unfortunately wine farming superficies account for 5% of total french farming size but 20% of pesticides used. That s why on Whole Wine Market, 100% of our wine are Eco-Friendly, such as organic or Biodynamic, produced with no pesticides, chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or fungicides.
Many organic and bio-dynamic winemakers will also put much lower level of sulfites vs EU regulation or even refrain from adding sulphites as preservatives in order to comply with their strict licensing requirements * (See below)

Organic
Organic wine is produced the same way as natural wine – no pesticides, chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or fungicides. But, natural wine will always be organic, while organic wine may not always be natural.
Firstly, organic wine does have yeast added into it during fermentation, while natural wine does not. Secondly, organic wine does not necessarily utilize the same minimalistic processing technique as natural wine.
Biodynamic
The biodynamic approach to farming was developed by an Austrian spiritual philosopher named Rudolf Steiner in the 1920’s. Today, farmers utilize biodynamic farming practices to avoid pesticides or chemical fertilizers. They do this by growing different types of plants, not just grapes, based on a precise calendar that takes into account lunar cycles and the position of the sun and planets. In France, Biodynamie is less than 2% of French wineyards which already makes your choice a special one
1st principle is guaranteed renunciation of chemical synthetic pesticides.
2nd principle is the winegrower gives back more to the vineyard than they take away from it through harvesting and cultivation.
No added sulfites Or Low sulfites
Sulfites are substances found naturally in some food. They have a preservative nature, so are commonly added to foods to extend their shelf life. Wine grapes have natural sulfites, which help to protect the fruit from bacteria, therefore all wine has some level of sulfites present. But many wine makers put even more sulfites as a preservative which can impact the taste.
