Delivery Cost

• Shipping cost @ 50 000 VND till cart < 1mi VND
• Shipping cost @ 25 000 VDN till cart < 2mi VND
• Shipping cost @ 0 for cart > 2mi VND

Delivery policy

• Only in HCM for the moment
• Orders received in the morning till 4:00PM: deliver in the afternoon same day
• Orders received after 4:00PM: deliver the day after

Return Policy

• Errors in quantity, information, and models compared with the purchase agreement. Need to be noticed within 24H to Whole Wine Market
• Conditions for accepting exchange and return: products must be intact, with the original label and extra stamps in accordance with the original specifications
• In case customers change their demand after confirming the order, Whole Wine Market only applies to exchange products for orders of more than 6 bottles of wine, the number of bottles to be exchanged does not exceed 25% of the quantity in the purchase agreement
• In case you suspect of corked wine, please contact us and we will send you the same bottle if available or credit for different wine based on availabilities

Force Majeure

We will always do our best to insure proper level of service, but some Force Majeure cases as below might impact our time delivery:

• Unable to contact the Customer to deliver the Product
• The delivery address provided by the Customer is incorrect or too difficult to find

Payment Method & Policy

• Bank Transfer in our website to validate the order and prior the delivery
• Cash on delivery through delivery man not available for the moment
• A purchase agreement cannot be canceled once it has been processed and on its way. 
• The currency unit for payment is Vietnam Dong (VND)
